Step 1: Take the cover from the device.
Step 2: Take out the battery from the device.
Step 3: Long Press the tamper button which you will find near the antenna.
Step 4: Put the battery back while still holding the tamper button. You will see the LED light flash. Keep hold of the button until the LED light turns off.
Step 5: Put the cover of the device back on.
Step 1: Long press the reset button which you will find under the pinhole on the back of the motion detector. You can do this using a paper clip.
Step 2: You will see the LED blinking. Long press the button until it stops blinking.
Step 3: Take off the cover of your motion sensor.
Step 4: Take out the battery.
Step 5: Put the battery back.

Step 1: Long press number “5” key with your keypad plugged in.
Step 2: While holding the number “5” key, press the reset button under the pinhole on the backside of the device with a paperclip.
Step 3: You will see the keypad light up for a while and then you will see the network icon on the top left flashing.
Step 4: Release number “5” key when the network icon stops flashing.
Plugin the extender and long-press the button on the side of the extender. The LED on the device will start blinking rapidly. When lit starts blinking slowly, you can release the button.
The device is to be powered up by pressing the test button for 10 seconds. This will leave the network mode and reset all the z-wave settings. This will put the device on stand by mode.
Long press the setup button which you will find on the side of the sensor with battery and wait for the LED to stop flashing. This will take approximately 10 seconds.
