Step 1: Launch the guide by pressing the Xbox button. The guide will open up on another screen on your console.
Step 2: Launch Settings.
Step 3: Now, reboot your console.
Step 4: Now, move to the last menu and choose Yes to confirm your action.
In case you are not able to open the guide or the console screen is stuck, then press the Xbox button on the console and don't release it till the console turns off. When it turns off, then restart it by pressing the console button again.

Step 1: Hold the Xbox button and don't release it for the next 10 seconds. This will turn off your console.

Step 8: When asked, select the option of Remove everything.
