Method 1: Use the Reset Button for Resetting your RioLink Camera

Step 1: Power off or unplug your camera device

Step 3: Hit"System" in the left panel and hit 'Maintenance' in the bottom

Step 4: On the prompted screen 2 options will be displayed "Restore and Reboot" at the bottom, Hit"Restore"

Step 5: Hit "Ok" and be patient till the process is complete.

Method 3: Use Reolink App to Reset your Reolink Camera.

Step 1: Move to "The Reolink app" and launch it on your phone

Step 2: Navigate to your "Camera model"

Step 3: Hit settings, the small tool icon on the top of your camera model then hit "more interface"

Step 4: Scroll down to "restore" and Tap it
